  1. Blend & Mix: Start by blending the ripe bananas, nondairy milk, and molasses (if using) until smooth. Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, salt, baking powder, tapioca starch, and almond flour. Blend until all ingredients are well combined. You’ll have a thick, aromatic batter.

  2. Spoon & Space: Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave space between each spoonful as the biscuits will spread out during baking. Depending on your pan size, you might need to bake in two batches.
